Position Overview:
Atrium is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Business Operations Associate to partner with the Client Service Team. This role involves supporting various work streams, goals, and initiatives across the AtriumWORKS division through operations, strategy, project management, and process improvement. The Business Operations Associate will work closely with the Senior Director, Client Success assisting with the responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities of the Business Operations Associate:
- Design, analyze, maintain, and streamline business processes.
- Manage strategic initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration.
- Monitor and execute key initiatives within the WORKS Division.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to account management and shared services.
- Provide programmatic support for various initiatives.
- Develop work plans and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Compile special reports and communications for stakeholders.
- Build cross-functional relationships to achieve goals and enforce accountability.
- Offer actionable business recommendations and insights.
- Drive internal communications strategy (SharePoint updates, team emails, knowledge base, newsletters, training materials).
- Optimize team training, workstyle, and tools.
- Build expertise in HR and payroll compliance.
Qualifications for the Business Operations Associate:
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in an operation and/or process improvement role. Staffing Industry and/or Human Resource experience is a plus.
- Process Improvement & Six Sigma: Possesses the ability to identify and implement process improvements using Six Sigma principles.
- Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: Has extraordinary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Someone who thinks strategically, analyzes data, and provides actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Solves complex problems independently and adapts to changing priorities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborates effectively across departments.
- Innovation & Influence Building: Innovates in a fast-paced environment and builds influence at all levels.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
