Business Operations and Innovation Senior Manager
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Business Operations and Innovation Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business operations processes to support go-to-market and business growth. The focus will be to achieve operational excellence through automation, increased performance, productivity, and collaboration within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the collaboration with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, product management, and finance, to develop and implement the business operational infrastructure to successfully implement new products and support business growth.
- Lead the business operational aspects of product implementations including quote configuration, order fulfillment, and RMA processing.
- Coordinate with product management and other departments to understand the product features and benefits to ensure the system infrastructure is set up to support the implementation.
- Document business cases and requirements for system enhancements to support product implementation, business growth, and operational excellence.
- Ensure enablement of the systems and tools needed is planned and executed timely.
- Lead the coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate setup of products in the required systems and with 3PLs applicable.
- Coordinate with inventory management and product management teams to determine the demand plan pre and post-NPI.
- Promote cross-functional communication and alignment regarding new product implementation.
- Train, coach, challenge, and support business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to develop competence in Continuous Improvement (CI)/ Operational Excellence (OE) / Lean practices.
- Facilitate and manage projects of varying levels of complexity to support business growth and achieve operational excellence. This includes creating a project plan, identifying risks & issues, and making recommendations to business leadership.
- Monitor project progress, and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage and maintain the company's CPQ price book, ensuring all product and pricing information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate Supply Chain and other internal departments to gather necessary product information.
- Work with the NPI and other teams to implement pricing strategies across different sales channels.
- Support the launch of new products by setting up appropriate pricing in the product catalog and price book.
- Conduct regular audits of the price book to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Train and guide other team members on the use and maintenance of the price book.
- Work with teams in the US, India, and within other time zones.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Background Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in business operations and product implementation with progressively more authority, preferably within the fleet safety industry.
- Experience in product implementation and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with price book management and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional project teams of multiple departments in an organization.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, product catalog, price book, and quote configuration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of demand planning and order fulfillment best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience.

Economic Package Includes:
- Salary $130,000 - $160,000
