Business Operations Manager - AHS Vista LLC

The Business Operations Manager will oversee financial & day-to-day operations in the Central Business Office (CBO), with direct oversight of Billing Supervisors, Medical Coder/Billers & Authorization teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring & maintaining timely provider professional billing.
• Initiates & maintains Vista Physician Group (VPG) provider credentialing & Athena department builds.
• Completes & submits monthly, quarterly & annual state reporting documentation as per regulatory requirements. Operationalizes & validates new collection processes in line with SVP of Revenue Cycle & CFO.
• Utilize Fair Market Value (FMV) tool in preparing new physician contracts & renewals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in professional billing/coding, healthcare leadership.
• Proficient in Excel, billing/coding practices.
