Job Summary:
The Business Planning Manager will advise upper management in the creation, development, analysis, implementation, and adaptation of budgetary matters and financial management as it relates to the marketing department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of the marketing's overall budget document providing advice and analysis to increase the efficiency of the company's spending.
- Coordinate dashboard development priorities.
- Have full comprehension of needs within the management, sales, marketing, product management and supply chain departments to ensure priorities are aligned and executed.
- Coach and drive data driven decisions across departments putting focus on predictive and on time action versus reaction (post season analysis).
- Analyze seasonal performance, market intel, business goals to kick off and manage next year's planning and budgeting process.
- Track seasonal performance from a budget perspective. Coordinate and validate forecasts for quarterly business reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field required.
- One or more years of experience in marketing or related field.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
