Position: Business Process Analyst I

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Duration: 1+ year with potential extensions

Compensation: $22-25/hr on W-2 (no C2C or third-party candidates)

Overview:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Process Analyst I to support our white label websites. This role will primarily focus on internal and external customer support, reconciliation of daily settlement activities, and the implementation of new operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support, managing escalations via support mailbox professionally and accurately.
• Support customer satisfaction by delivering timely and consistent responses.
• Use operational and payment expertise to aid in the implementation of new processes and improvements.
• Monitor and reconcile daily settlement/payment activities, promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain updated desk policy and procedure documentation.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
