This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Job Description
HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst professional to join our JNEEO Program Management Office in support of multiple DoD customers. The Business Process Analyst role will require the team member to become knowledgeable in the customer's business operations and technology resources to provide value-add contributions that enable the customer to consistently meet their mission, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams, and providing complex business and system analysis, process and technology expertise, and customer engagement/outreach skills to deliver solutions to cross-functional teams across the Government stakeholder community.
Essential Job Responsibilities
This effort includes but is not limited to:
- Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritization of solutions.
- Contribute experience and subject matter expertise to maturing and growing the team’s services, products, and operational influence.
- Design and troubleshoot product/software specifications to implement the requirements identified through business and document analysis, case modeling, user feedback, and task and workflow analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement, resolve, and improve tools and solutions to meet compliance and customer requirements.
- Interact with system developers to ensure the system/tools are properly implemented.
- Escalate Tier 2 support issues to corporate partners and vendors, as needed.
- Build and maintain customer websites, including data pulled from multiple sources.
- Test business processes and foster improvements.
- Adapt as necessary to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the customer’s progressive responsibilities and directives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years relevant experience with Advanced degree in related field (e.g. Business, Data Analytics)
- Experience supporting teams using Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Visio
- Experience managing SharePoint sites: developing, managing sites and dashboards
- Certifications: Smartsheet; Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
- Experience with Power Platforms (BI, Apps, Automate)
- Experience with process automation and data analysis
- Experience managing tasks, schedules, and deadlines
- Clearance- Must be able to obtain a clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Effective communicator, good listener, and problem solver with customer-facing skills
- Team player and quick learner, adept at pivoting between projects and priorities
- Features and Requirements Traceability
- Requirements Verification and Validation and User Testing
- Experience working independently, as well as with a team
- Strong Agile/Scrum business and software usability analysis
- Skilled in analytical and critical thinking, and documentation/reporting
- Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD)
