Job Description: - Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
- Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
- Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
- Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
- Provides daily supervision and direction.
- Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
- Experience supporting software development programs
- Significant experience with customers that encompasses, Agile Software Development, Integration & Test, and System Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in continual process improvements to include CMMI or Six Sigma initiatives.
- 5+ years DoD/Navy Quality Assurance
- Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance Industry best practices for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
- INCOSE CSEP certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Five (5) years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline. Secret Security Clearance Required. |
