Pay Rate: Up to $40.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description:

This person will work with the PMO Construction department and support the documentation of methods and procedures within the construction process from end to end. They will create documents on the process flow and work with PM's on these processes. They will test the process and work with teams on execution.

Top Skills Required:

1) Ability to create detailed documents of process changes, utilizing Office suite, creating flowcharts

2) Ability to provide data analysis and review on current processes.

3) Ability to provide project updates and status updates and implement processes

Other Skills:

- Prior experience within Telecom/Construction/Design, prior training or education experience preferred

- Process Analysis experience required: Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required

- Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups

- Create a plan: Make a structured plan for the process.

- Assign tasks: Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process.

- Test the process: Test the process after creation with core SME’s

- Helps develop & implements with the training group

- Integrate the process: Integrate the process into the company's operations.

- Make changes: Make any changes to the process that are needed.

- Document and define all version/ changes in change log within the process document

- Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily.
