Business Process Engineer (BPR) III - Nalley Consulting

• Minimum of 10 years of experience participating in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) activities
• 5 years of experience in process-improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs

• Analyze the client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate discussions with leadership and Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) stakeholders to help refine the client’s definition of success and identify frustrations.
• Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate research and illustrative analysis using root-cause analysis.
• Develop research-posting models in order to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
