About the Job
- Business Process Engineer will collaborate with the Project Manager to refine and implement the innovation strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business objectives
- Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems across the organization
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform requirements analysis and compile detailed reports
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- As a Business Process Engineer, you will gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Manage competing resources and priorities
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with data analysis and making data-driven recommendations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of financial services and digital products
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the industry or region of operation
- Understanding of customer experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management principles and practices
- Strong understanding and ability to facilitate discussions on business capabilities, value streams and organizing around value
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
