AccountStaff is currently looking for a Business Process Manager to support a rapidly growing client. The main function will improve overall performance by managing and optimizing organizational processes. They monitor and manage processes within a business to ensure the processes help the business achieve its goals. This involves designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and controlling business processes. Business process managers frequently introduce innovative new practices into business processes to help the business grow.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- monitoring business processes and giving feedback
- developing improvements for business processes
- supporting with planning, budgeting and resource allocation for process improvement projects
- oversee teams working on process improvement projects
- delivering training for new processes
- communicate updates to processes and policies
- analyzing and evaluating processes and improvements
- analyzing the feasibility of processes
- creating documentation of process changes
- creating progress and feedback reports and suggestions for senior executives
- quality assurance for new processes
- communicating with stakeholders about process development
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience designing and implementing processes
- Strong understanding of a company’s operating reality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting and purchasing software
