Business Process Project Manager - Eliassen Group

Our large Biopharma Client is seeking a Business Process Manager to work hybrid- 2 days a week on site in Cambridge, MA. This is a 3 month contract to start (potential extension).

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $70 - $90 / hr. w2

• Conduct business/process analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
• Lead business process analysis initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Implement and optimize existing systems, and make recommendations on other related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Review and refine key business processes.

• Business Analysis/Business Process Analysis: Finance/procurement
• Familiarity with Business Processes: procurement of data and contract resources
• Some experience with:
  • Business/Functional systems architecture
  • Change Management
  • Finance and Accounts Payable processes
• Excellent Communication with all levels of the organization
• Strong Teamwork Abilities
• Problem-solving Skills
• Analytical Thinking
• Adaptability

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
