About the Job
Job Duties:
- Accountable for delivery and overall quality of meeting routines and presentations.
- Possesses strong knowledge of financial services and insurance industry.
- Supports project schedule by identifying and monitoring project resources, creating project timelines, milestones, critical path along with task dependencies and by establishing an effective communication plan and routines needed to stay on track.
- Coordinates meetings that track project performance against parameters like time, scope, cost, quality, and other contractual deliverables by conducting regular team status meetings, capturing key issues and providing timely resolution.
- Standardize, innovate, and optimize processes, meetings, and communications.
- Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks.
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations on project progress for senior management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders and works closely with program manager to achieve business excellence in project delivery.
- Helps in the development of stakeholder relationships and identifies key business opportunities to improve communication across business units.
- Brings significant experience and expertise on project management, PowerPoint, and communication.
