Business Processes Management Specialist or Business Processes Architect - LaBella Associates

We are currently hiring a Business Processes Management Specialist or Business Processes Architect in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division at our client’s office.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

The Business Processes Management Specialist or Business Processes Architect to lead process improvement initiatives using SAP Signavio. This role will focus on analyzing, modeling, and enhancing business processes to increase operational efficiency. Candidates should possess deep experience in business process management (BPM), though familiarity with SAP Signavio is critical, and training may be provided if there is experience with comparable BPM software.

Duties

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to gather process requirements and develop detailed process models.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, optimizing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to promote process ownership across teams.
• Collaborate with IT and functional leads on the integration of ERP systems and other enterprise applications with improved processes.
• Provide support in continuous improvement efforts, driving change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards in process transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business process management, process architecture, or IT-related process management roles.
• Experience with BPM tools (such as SAP Signavio, or similar platforms like Bizagi, IBM BPM, etc.).
• Ability to design and implement processes aligned with ERP systems.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certification in BPM, Six Sigma, or Lean.
• Experience with data analytics tools for process performance management.
• Proficiency in ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Salary Range: $100,000 - $144,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
