PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Implement strategic workforce development programs as a part of PHI s Corporate Community Impact team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as program support for ACE workforce development programs;
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- program design/development, internal/external relationship management, program participant onboarding, grant management, budget tracking, reporting requirements, and program execution.
Manage the collection and tracking of data to assess impact of programs across the ACE workforce development portfolio.
Provide support on an as needed bases for additional workforce development programs or initiatives.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree preferred business, human resources, education or related discipline and 2-3 years related experience in private sector or workforce development, nonprofit community affairs, or related area, OR in lieu of Bachelors degree, 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Skill requirements: written and verbal communications, strategic planning, project development and management, relationship development, event marketing, computer proficiency
Experience developing and managing large scale community events.
Excellent project management, communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and also to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with PC applications to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft
TEAMS.
Flexibility to work a non-standard schedule including morning, nights and weekends as business demands require.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of community, political and socioeconomic environment in which the company operates.
