CNH Capital North America is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Business Reporting team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming business data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our reporting practices. As a Business Reporting Analyst, you will provide reporting and analytical support, develop, analyze, validate, and publish information to support business operations. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing our reporting strategies and operational efficiencies.
This position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
Responsibilities:Data Analysis:
- Support integration of Data from different source systems and validation of completeness/accuracy for reporting.
- Use data visualization tools to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support reporting strategies and improve operational efficiencies.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and regular reports.
- Create custom reports tailored to specific business requirements and ad-hoc queries from business units.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Ensure calculations, definitions, and processes are accurate and clearly documented for audit and global consistency.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance infrastructure and ensure seamless data integration.
- Collaborate on KPIs and how to report/calculate them to support business needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide cross-functional insights and support company-wide initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in data management and reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in analytics and reporting.
The annual salary for this role is $74,625 - $109,450 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications:The qualified candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science).
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or equivalent) and ability to dynamically leverage them to deliver business insight are essential.
- Capability to support legacy processes using Excel Power Query and Visual Basic Macros while transitioning data to full Azure cloud solution is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) is also required.
- Good working knowledge of relational databases and ETL processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of analytical languages (Python, SAS, R, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Databricks, Cognos Data Warehouse, or other database software is also beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to executives and business leaders. Strong interpersonal skills are desired.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work independently with complex data sets, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and develop long-term solutions. Strategic thinking with the capability to see the big picture and conduct deep-dive analysis.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
