Alliance HCM is currently hiring for a full-time Business Sales Telemarketer to use their exceptional customer service skills to answer phone calls in the Houston, TX area. This inside sales position earns a competitive base salary of $40,000/year, with the opportunity to earn $75,0000 in the first year if all goals are hit.

DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time telemarketing position works a hybrid schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with a lunch break. This position includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.
As a Business Sales Telemarketer at our technology company, you promote and market our business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and other communication methods to prospective clients. On average, you strive to meet or exceed 60 calls and 30 emails per day. Using your consultive skills, you identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for our account executives. You research target accounts and perform outreach through emails, calls, and social media. Acting as a trusted resource, you develop relationships with target accounts and prospective clients.
In addition, you provide in-depth information to our sales team to enable the most qualified and productive meetings. You work closely with more seasoned sales professionals for career development opportunities for continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS FOR A BUSINESS SALES TELEMARKETER
- Proven track record demonstrating a strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email
- Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions, including prospecting and leads research
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Excellent customer service skills
A bachelor's degree is preferred. At least one year of progressively responsible marketing, inside sales, or business development-related sales experience would be a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. If you have experience working for a payroll company such as Paychex, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, or iSolved, you would be a perfect fit!
