Cox Automotive is searching for a talented Business Service Specialist in Wilmington, OH! Under direct supervision, the Business Specialist I is responsible for retrieving and managing documents from a secured vault, including sorting, scanning, batching, validating, and releasing them. This role ensures efficient document flow between departments, operates outgoing mail equipment, and performs data entry tasks as needed.

This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Business Service Specialist:

• Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository

   

• Receive, sort, scan, batch, validate or release documents

• Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next 

   

• Operate various outgoing mail equipment 

   

• Data entry 

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications of the Business Service Specialist:

• High School diploma or GED  

• Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in an area of responsibility

• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow policies and procedures
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office and Excel) preferred

• Data entry skills preferred for verifying documents, 50 WPM or 15,000 KPH

• Knowledge of state abbreviations preferred

   

• Knowledge of shipping software and mailing equipment preferred for mail room 

• Working knowledge of imaging software preferred
