About the Job
- Analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology initiatives
- Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes and materials (Charter, SOW)
Requirements:
- Strong background in workload management using Azure DevOps (ADO) and SmartSheets
- Experience with Talent/HR data
- Knowledge of SAP HANA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
