We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Strategy and Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and contribute significantly to our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business analysis, strategic planning, and project management background, and a passion for driving organizational success. 

Where you will make an impact

• Strategic Coordination: Assist the Chief of Staff in coordinating and executing strategic initiatives across various departments to align with our organizational goals.
• Insightful Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to support business strategies and decision-making processes.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify business opportunities, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Business Planning: Support the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, key milestones, and provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards and other analytical tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  Innovation and Improvement: Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Executive Communication: Assist in the preparation of executive communications, including memos, emails, and presentations.
• Board Preparation: Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, including compiling reports, drafting presentations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.

What you will bring

• 1-2 years in business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work products.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and being proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
