Business Support Consultant - Part Time - Citizens

Description


While performing routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area. While receiving instruction, guidance and direction from others, you may engage in activities such as facilities, space planning and moves, systems development, support, and use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the infrastructure area costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. However, you will have a limited impact on own work team and works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.



Primary responsibilities include



The incumbent is responsible for completion of business processes which include conducting assessments of loan data to calculate and validate any amounts potentially owed to customers

Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for developing action plans in conjunction with business partners to mitigate open risk issues across mortgage including operations and sales in Retail, Correspondent, and Capital Markets

The incumbent is also responsible for stakeholder engagement, where the incumbent engages with stakeholders through meetings and interviews to gather stakeholder insights.

Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for change management, which involves the development of communication plans and materials to ensure effective change management, and performance measurement and analysis, where the incumbent generates reports and provides insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials



Experience in Empower preferred

Mortgage experience preferred

Excel and all Microsoft Office Products

High School Diploma

Hours & Work Schedule



Hours per Week: 20-25

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
