Expected salary range of $72,000 to $80,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Responsibilities:PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist and represent the Manager and Director, as they direct, related to the functions and projects of Constellation Power’s Asset Management (AM) group. The AM group is responsible for managing Power’s retired sites and liability sites and developing long-term strategies for these sites to maximize value and minimize risk. AM also serves as lead for acquisitions or divestitures for Power, and AM is involved with growth projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as project admin for AM projects and initiatives. This involves supporting meetings, setting up and managing SharePoint sites, managing schedules and deliverables
- Serve in a lead role for AM for assigned initiatives, take leadership role for initiatives, as assigned
- Manage contracts, invoicing and forecasts for the group routinely interfacing with Accounting and Finance and vendors
- Serve as records manager for the group consistent with Corporate Policy. In addition to managing records for the department, manage disposition of records for decommissioned and divested sites.
- Manage acquisition/divestiture transaction data rooms and Q&A logs working with internal stakeholders across the organization
- Assist with developing and maintaining AM policies and procedures
- Maintain familiarity with Corporate programs and platforms utilized by AM, stakeholders, and skills to assist and represent AM, as directed, in the oversight and execution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business, information management, or other degree or certificate with sufficient relevant training plus 3+ years professional experience
- Experience analyzing technical documents to discern details and critical differences
- Good organizational skills and ability to effectively manage / prioritize multiple activities and requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability listen for and help prioritize business requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and an understanding of the application of data base technologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience managing a program or function in an organization, including responsibility for a budget and staff
- Records Management training/certification
- Records management experience
- Contract administration experience
- Familiarity with the overall power industry structure and independent generation project development, construction, & operation
- Familiarity with independent generation construction and operation contracts/records
- Familiarity with Geo-spatial Information Systems for mapping (GIS)
- Experience managing change and motivating an organization to follow process
