Job description:
- Work with key stakeholders to manage the business sales processes and the IT systems including working with external system vendors on effectively managing the applications
- The ability to manage and work on IT projects that span multiple systems and various business processes from concept to implementation.
- Understanding, elicitation and documentation of customers business needs and translating client needs and requirements to engineering and QA team
- Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions
- Highly organized and thorough, with an ability to facilitate communication and scheduling among different levels of staff.
- Provide guidance in creating solutions for the gaps and confirm technical feasibility of solution
- Drive/Contribute to Joint Application Design sessions in achieving business requirements with overall company objective
- Contribute towards driving functional change management in engagements like Go-Live, Training Users as needed to move from an existing solution to a new solution.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and manage deadlines for functional deliverables and make key decisions. Keep track of timelines and deliverables with respect to the functional area.
- Create documentation, training courses and supporting artifacts such as demo, presentation etc.
