Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will manage Solidigm’s Human Capital Management system (Workday) daily. This includes overseeing employee data processing, generating HR reports, managing system updates, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will collaborate closely with IT to troubleshoot system issues and execute system enhancements that align with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to optimize HR strategies, improve processes, and enhance department productivity.
- Develop, document, and maintain HRIS business process workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Design user-friendly processes and documentation to support self-service capabilities.
- Regularly audit and analyze HRIS data to maintain accuracy and comply with data protection regulations.
- Oversee the processing of employee lifecycle events from hire to retire, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, performance evaluation, talent management, and offboarding.
- Identify and resolve issues to improve user experience.
- Partner with IT to automate, integrate, and configure HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and IT to address HRIS-related issues, enhancement requests, and inquiries.
- Work with IT on system assessments, routine maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
- Oversee system upgrades and enhancements with IT collaboration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications through information gathering, workshops, and interviews.
- Administer ad hoc reporting tools, provide training, and assist users.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and vendors on technical issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HRIS role.
- Workday HCM Pro Certification.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and security requirements.
- Practical experience with HR database administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in report writing.
- Project management experience.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
