Job Description:
- Required Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as IT Business analyst
- Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain - Strong functional experience/knowledge in Fixed Income securities and trade flow
- `(Asset Management, Investment Banking organization etc.,)
- Complete understanding of trade life cycle
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC
- Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group
- Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
- Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
- Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
- Should have worked and delivered projects in Agile methodology
- Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of SQL: Sybase, Oracle - Querying skills
- Data/Gap analysis
- Preferred/good to have skills
- Basic knowledge of UNIX
- Understanding of SWIFT messages
- Basic understanding of XML
