• Required Experience

o Minimum 5-7 years of experience as IT Business analyst
o Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain - Strong functional experience/knowledge in Fixed Income securities and trade flow
(Asset Management, Investment Banking organization etc.,)
o Complete understanding of trade life cycle
o Experience with all phases of the SDLC
Skills:
· Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group
· Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
· Multi-tasking
· Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
· Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
· Should have worked and delivered projects in Agile methodology
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of SQL: Sybase, Oracle - Querying skills
· Data/Gap analysis
Preferred/good to have skills
· Basic knowledge of UNIX
o Understanding of SWIFT messages
o Basic understanding of XML
