Required Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as IT Business analyst(strong "genuine BA” experience)
- Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain with Asset Management, Investment Banking organization is preferred
- Strong BA skills like – Functional-spec, BUAT, Test-cases, User-cases, meeting with client sr. managers, presenting business solution, setting up/fine tuning business process, Tracking Projects-status etc.,
- Complete understanding of trade life cycle
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC
- Should have worked and delivered projects in Agile & waterfall methodologies
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group
- Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
- Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
- Data mapping skills
- Gap/Comparative analysis
- Report analysis
- Willingness to take ownership of a process or application to become the subject matter expert
