About the Job
We are seeking a Business & System Analyst for the Sustainable Home Systems & Process Support Department.
The Business & System Analyst will document current business processes, analyze, identify process inefficiencies and gaps, and advise on design of technical solutions to alleviate pain points, bottlenecks, and issues within the current processes and systems. They will be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team to gather and write user and business requirements and to communicate project statuses.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred, along with knowledge about integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems.

Highlights:
- Meet with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of system requirements, current processes, pain points, and bottlenecks
- Evaluate and analyze the current effectiveness of applications, processes, and procedures
- Implement processes, systems, and methods designed by the Systems & Process Support Manager
- Conduct retrospectives every sprint to gather feedback from the Systems & Process Support development team
- Develop key internal and external relationships to drive project and task success
- Learn new skills and capabilities relevant to the incumbent’s professional growth needs and the organization’s future needs
Experience:
Required
- 2-3 years of experience in gathering business requirements, writing epics and user requirements
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience with Agile Principles and Frameworks, specifically Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Integrating legacy systems and other applications to Salesforce
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
Education:
Required
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary Range: $75,987 to $82,412
Flexibility: On site; in office - not remote or hybrid
Level of Work: 2C
