Contract
Provides oversight and direction to less experience Business Systems Analysts. Instructs, directs and checks the work of other business systems analysts. Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. Has full functional knowledge of area of responsibility. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implication of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership.
1 candidate to focus on aspect eWFM to handle upgrade for IEO - Voice Services
1 candidate to focus on Cisco ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) removal to an Avaya only solution
Must haves:
Require BA with 6 - 8 yrs Telecom industry experience
Must have experience Aspect vendor and strong knowledge of eWFM implementations
Must have strong experience as team member participating Agile methodology
Must haves:
Require BA with 6 - 8 yrs Telecom industry experience
Must have knowledge of Cisco ICM/Avaya - to include, implementations and integrations
Must have waterfall or Agile methodology exp.
Duration: eWFM 1 yr Cisco/Avaya 1+ yrs
M - F - 40hrs/wk; potential for after hours work to support Malaysia business partners
Open to remote for right candidate. Need them in Round Rock for training and onboarding for the first month at least. Preference to candidates able to interview onsite.
