We're seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to optimize our business operations across departments. In this role, you'll identify operational bottlenecks, implement solutions, and help teams work more efficiently by leveraging technology and process improvements.
The Role
As our Business Systems Analyst, you'll be the bridge between our business needs and technical solutions, focusing on making our operations more efficient and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process improvements using existing tools and systems
- Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to solve business problems
- Create documentation and training materials for business processes
- Serve as the liaison between departments to solve complex operational challenges
- Manage relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders
- Build automated solutions using no-code/low-code tools when appropriate
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
What You'll Need
- 2 years experience in operations, business analysis, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management tools)
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong project management skills
- Background in process improvement methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (ex: Zapier)
- Knowledge of SQL or basic programming concepts
- Experience in manufacturing or e-commerce operations
- Curiosity about AI
- Background in change management
