About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions across our core business systems, which include an ERP, E-commerce platform, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system running on IBM iSeries and Windows servers.

- Systems Analysis & Design: Work closely with business units to analyze and document business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design system solutions that align with business needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements for enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
- System Integration & Testing: Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of system integrations and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless functionality across our ERP, E-commerce, and ECM platforms.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, ensuring all services meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for core systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and training materials. Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
- Project Management: Manage and contribute to IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems, E-commerce platforms, ECM systems and MS Power BI.
- Familiarity with IBM iSeries and Windows server environments is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Proficiency in systems documentation and process mapping tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL and understanding of relational databases is a plus.
