SCOPE OF SERVICES
senior Business and Systems Analyst with ten+ years of experience in reviewing and analyzing business processes and the information systems that support them with the objective of identifying ways to simplify and improve customer experience as well as DCAS business and IT support operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Based on expert review and analysis of existing systems, the consultant must produce a report that includes, but is not limited to:
o An overview of all activities related to this project including parties spoken to, available documentation, systems investigated and activities performed on them.
o As a primary deliverable, list in order of importance and impact to the customer experience improvement goal, changes suggested with rationale and estimated time and cost of implementation.
o As a secondary deliverable, list in order of impact to the DCAS business and IT support operation, changes suggested with rationale and estimated time and cost of implementation.
