Rate: $24.50/hr on w2 all incl.
Location: Denver, Colorado 80203 F2F INTERVIEW REQUIRED
MUST BE RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF COLORADO TO BE CONSIDERED
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is the state Medicaid agency. It operates a Call Center to respond to questions for its clients on benefit and eligbility issues. The Business Analyst will work Department staff and the Governor's Office of Information Technology to implement a new IVR for its Call Center. The experience required is:
Two years of experience as a business analyst in implementing new IT systems and experience with implementing a cloud-based IVR system. This experience includes documenting of a current system and documentation of the functionality of a new system. It includes experience with developing process maps and requirement documentation.
Good interpersonal skills are required to work with Department staff, Governor's Office of Information Technology (Client) staff and vendor staff.

- Assess the current IVR system used by the Department.
- Document business processes of the current system.
- Work with the selected vendor for the new system in order to validate the new system and assure that all business processes are included.
- Develop deliverables for the project
- Attend weekly status meetings with Department staff and the vendor to assure deliverables are met.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing the Client Project Life Cycle Model.
