Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Miami, FL - Onsite 3x a week
Duration :  3 Month Contract
Position Overview:
 The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a member of the Global Casino Applications group and is the liaison between Corporate IT and the Global Casino Operations group who oversees almost 100 casinos-ships across nine cruise brands. The individual will use a spectrum of personal and technical skills to manage the requirements life-cycle: identify, interpret and document business needs, define the scope of work, structure functional and non-functional requirements, write use-cases to a testable level and interact with team members to support the delivery of the project. The person will be responsible for modeling business needs, produce project charters, create software requirements documents and other project artifacts.  The individual must be able to discuss requirements with business team members, development and infrastructure teams to support the delivery of the requirements throughout the life-cycle of the project.
MUST Haves:
1. 3+ years of IT BA/BSA experience
2. Technical knowledge in infrastructure and basic software/application development
3. Self-starter, good attitude, can build relationships, etc.
4. Enterprise level experience
NICE TO HAVES:
1. Cruiseline experience 
2. Casino experience
