About the Job
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements for multiple projects and product teams
- Work closely with key business partners to understand, document, and maintain existing business processes and workflows across one or more business areas
- Identify and translate areas of opportunity into actionable steps
- Work with the project or product team QA members to identify functional and non with the development and the execution of the test plan
- Work in partnership with other members of the IT team and vendors to model systems and data to a logical level, building decision tables, data flows and user interface requirements
- Collaborate with project sponsors and other Business and IT stakeholders to develop high level features needed to construct and estimate new project requests
Requirements:
- An advanced degree is highly desirable as well as certification in Business Analysis (CBAP)
- 3+ years of business analysis and technical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role or similar experience in delivering requirements/technical specifications and implementing enterprise solutions/casino gaming technology in an organization or externally with a consulting firm or a Fortune 500 hospitality, leisure, or gaming organization
- MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Power Point, Axure or similar tool
- Possess excellent oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer engagement and consultative skills
- Strong analytical thinking, modeling and problem-solving skills are a must have
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are required to succeed in this role
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
