Mandatory Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer master data management, including data standardization and data hygiene.
- Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.
- Expertise in MDM, and customer matching techniques, including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and Interpretation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on customer master data management.
- Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
