Skills Required:
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of Business Analysis experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical role, such as software development, release management, deployment engineering, site operations, technical operations or similar.
- Experience in an agile development environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, technical and otherwise.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Ability to communicate in an effective manner with other technical team members.
