Background
The Enterprise Applications is requesting one analyst for the Service Now, Application Service Management and the application rationalization project.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Defines application problem
• Evaluating procedures and processes.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
Risk
The contractor will be working in an office environment only.

2. Budget
3. Business Process Flows
4. Requirements
5. Action Item Logs

7. Status Report

CONSULTANT Qualifications
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with software performance analysis and code optimization
- Ability to extract & merge/join data from various repositories for quantitative analysis and generation of actionable information
- Advanced Scripting/Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
- Experience in producing Enterprise level reports, including compiling data from several different sources
- Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting
- Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
