*** Contract position for 6+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.
*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA ( Two PNC Plaza @ 620 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 )
IT Business Systems Analyst :
- Analyze and document business requirements for mainframe-based core deposit and legacy banking systems
- Organize and maintain business requests in Jira for development tracking
- Create detailed functional specifications and solution capabilities documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Coordinate with BSAs and engineers for story testing and validation
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
- Manage and organize Jira stories following Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with retail banking products including checking, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
- Previous hands on technical experience with mainframe systems and applications
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
