About the Job
- Oversee the VCR process, ensuring timely monitoring and management of data privacy requests from consumers
- Track requests by status and age, following up as needed to meet compliance timelines
- Coordinate with escalation teams and communicate with requestors to verify residency in compliance with applicable state laws
- Collaborate with team members to prepare data privacy reports and presentations for the Operations Steering Committee
- Participate in workshop sessions with business units, tracking attendance and engagement to provide insights for future sessions
- Facilitate efficient responses to data privacy requests across multiple business units
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets that track Personal Information (PI) requests and responses, helping to create business rules for consistent handling of future requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with skills in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and process flow design
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with care
- Ability to quickly learn and understand data privacy regulations and apply them to business processes
- Prior experience in data privacy or a strong understanding of privacy-related processes
- Familiarity with privacy laws, such as those affecting personal data protection and consumer data rights
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
