- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
- Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
The Work:
- Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
- Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
- Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
- The Business Analyst (BA) will Identify and document functional requirements and create user stories for the EPAS application.
- They will work to design and test functional components of the system according to project specifications.
- The BA will develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications.
- The BA will provide technical support to end users.
- The BA will perform program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
Here is what you need:
- Overall 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in querying in SQL Communications (MySQL, T-SQL, etc.)
- Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
- Experience with designing and testing functional components of the system according to project specifications
- Experience documenting functional requirements and create user stories for the client application and performing program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Technical knowledge with either.NET or C# Development experience or Information Systems experience
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must currently possess an Active Top Secret clearance or higher.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
