Business Systems Analyst - AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Westfield, PA (Hybrid). Youwill primarily support the maintenance management and work order application systems.

 

Rate Range: $32/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Business Systems Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Assist in the maintenance and support of business applications, ensuring they meet customer and operational needs.

• Perform in-depth analysis of system data, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve processes and system functionality.

• Serve as a primary contact for internal customers, resolving issues and providing training on system functionalities.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, workflows, and customer interactions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and implement system improvements.

• Assist in system enhancements and configurations to improve efficiency and functionality.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. A degree in a technical/business area of study or 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or data systems

• 0-2 years of directly related experience.

• Familiarity with maintenance management systems such as Maximo and Oracle Field Service (OFS).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for relational database queries and experience with Microsoft Excel.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
