Busser / Dishwasher - Railhead Smokehouse

As a Busser/Dish you will

• Assist servers with clearing and cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and restocking as needed.
• Restocking of glassware and bar mugs
• Operate the industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary.
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places.
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed, especially during peak hours.
• Keep area clean and safe during operating hours.
• The ability to stand for long hours and carry up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications:

● Obtain a Food Handlers permit

● Obtain a TABC License

● Be prompt and dependable

The Railhead Smokehouse in Aledo is a Family friendly BBQ restaurant providing dine-in, bar, patio, drive-thru, and takeout service. We offer free Live music on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. We're open from 11am to 9:30pm and closed on Mondays.
