Overview:
As a Busser at Hen Quarter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant. Working behind the scenes, you'll assist the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a seamless transition between guests and supporting the overall dining experience. Your attention to detail and teamwork will contribute to creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clear tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Reset tables efficiently with proper table settings, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests.
- Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or appetizers, and assisting with any guest needs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to manage dishware and utensil availability, maintaining a steady flow of clean items.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to assist in meeting the demands of high-volume dining periods.
- Positive and energetic attitude, willing to go the extra mile to enhance the overall guest experience.
