Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting

Knowledge of machine parts, raw materials, and outsourced production processes (e.g., heat-treating, plating) is a plus

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles

Must be able to work without sponsorship/authorization for any employer in the U.S.
