• Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
• Join team activities as per team standards
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
• Draft and negotiate offers for buyers
• Use PLACE Technology to track activities and clients
