Part-time One Employer Policy

Essential Functions:
We sell tickets and offer support to our customers when they purchase online for most of the sporting events and fine arts events held on campus. Most of our work is done on the phone but we also answer emails and texts during office hours. In addition to office hours, we work at evening events where we offer customer service and sell tickets.
Qualifications:
You must enjoy working with people, knowing how to think logically to solve problems and have a flexible schedule that includes different office shifts between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We also work in the evenings when we have events on campus. We have a fun office that is generally fast-paced with varied work assignments. We do our work at the Marriott Center and at the Harris Fine Arts Center and various other ticket office outlets during events.
Required:
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software programs
Preferred:
Previous experience with customer service and selling tickets for events.
Employee Class: 1/2 Time (17.5 hour)
Work Location: Provo Campus
Desired Start Date: As soon as possible
