Executive Assistant to the CEO/ C-Suite executive experience
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000
In person Monday to Friday
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical first point of contact and serves as a primary
resource for interactions with network staff, school leadership, board, and donors. The ability to
work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resilience, discretion, diplomacy, and
accuracy is essential.
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Executive Assistant with a bachelor's degree,
at least 5-8+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite executive. The ideal
candidate will be a self-starter and lifelong learner with a problem-solving mindset and impeccable
time management and project management skills, as well as strong, proactive communication
habits.
Responsibilities:
Manage a complex and dynamic calendar; respond to requests for the CEO's time, which
can be complicated, time sensitive, confidential and can necessitate an appropriate setting
of expectations
Organize and set priorities among a variety of complex tasks, including a high volume of
regularly occurring administrative work and constantly changing array of special projects
and calendar demands
Organize, manage, and provide administrative support for expenses and invoicing and
other special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff or CEO
Undertake research projects and collect and analyze data as background for the CEO's
meetings as needed; draft follow-up emails and thank-yous for the CEO to send as needed
Manage incoming requests to the CEO by prioritizing, researching, and responding to or
delegating or escalating responses as appropriate
Prepare and manage routine correspondence, electronic materials, and documents
