- Day to day maintenance & support of the test suites to ensure baseline
- Augment SPO and Production Center personnel during major upgrades.
- Provide insight as able on Automated Test as relates to the Ops Eval team
- Provide assistance to site Network Administrators, System Administrators and other Production Center personnel to increase their proficiency on the baseline.
- Assist Production Center personnel in properly configuring, troubleshooting issues, and migrating to new infrastructure components.
- Assist Production Center personnel with testing new variances/limitations to incorporate into the test process, data migration (as required), application tuning, domain policies, applying security patches, submitting/closing trouble tickets and configuring the baseline to minimize downtime.
Attend technical exchange meetings, PC engineering and integration meetings, post installation follow-up meetings. - Submit recommended changes to configurations.
- Provide recommendations on performance and application functional issues and other items of interest relating to baseline(s).
- Completion of all applicable fielding prerequisites and post install releases (Periodic Maintenance Updates (PMUs), Critical System Updates (CSUs), Fast Tracks (FT), Out Of Cycles (OOC) by applicable deadlines.
- Attend site and SPO test events and test planning meetings, as applicable.
- Work with key players to identify achievable specific objectives.
- Track lessons learned and metrics and share with other Production Center personnel and SPO personnel.
Experience Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or a related engineering field and 6 years applicable professional experienceOR14 years of applicable professional experience in lieu of BS
- Current Security+ or higher
- Demonstrated self-starter proactively determines goals and objectives; pursues course of action
- Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication/presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical and management efforts
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience
- Ability to work on a high performance pursuing strict schedule requirements
- Experience in:
- GCCS system architecture
- GCCS Requirements
- GCCS Integration
- GCCS configuration management/data management
- Field service engineering on the GCCS system.
- Proven written and oral communications including presentation and facilitation skills
- Experienced in two of the four groups below with an obvious concentration and expertise:
- VMware Virtual Center Server and vSphere
- Active Directory and Exchange

- Demonstrated ability to work with a multi-disciplinary project/team
- System administration: Solaris & Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows 2008, 2012, and 2016 Servers
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete tasks while balancing multiple assignments
- Experience in mission management, or command & control (C2) domains
