ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standard
ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Essential Job Functions:
- Estimate project costs and provide accurate bids to clients
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proper installation and integration of electrical systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Strong ability to estimate projects accurately
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and specifications
- Solid computer experience with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid and other electrical construction software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Benefits and Salary:
- Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000
- Major medical and dental insurance coverage, 401k retirement plan, discretionary bonus based on performance.
